Makeup Trend: Nude/Neutral Lips

Lately, I've been on the lookout for a nude lip color, and having my fair skin, I was a bit nervous about it. I didn't want this lip color to wash me out and make me look like a zombie (and for those of you who know me, I'm terrified of zombies, so that is really not an option). After doing some research online, I discovered that I needed a nude/neutral color with either a pink or peach undertone.
I went to Ulta and decided on the NYX Lipstick in LSS630 Pumpkin Pie ($3.99) and NYX Mega Shine Lipgloss in 122 Natural ($4.99). I love the NYX brand because they make great products that are both hypoallergenic and cruelty free.

I decided to pair the two products together and got a great result. I am happy with the way this color looks against my skin tone.
That being said though, the lasting power of these products is very limited. I did find myself needing to re-apply quite frequently. I will probably be on the lookout for a color dupe for this product in something with more lasting power.
I hope that this helps some of my fellow fair-skinned girls out there that want to try out the nude look. If you have found any more products that you'd like to share, please let me know in the comments. :)
